Highgate Springs Neighborhood Association, Inc. will again have this contest having 1st ($50), 2nd ($25), and 3rd ($25) place prizes of gifts cards to Paul's Fruit Market. This will be the third year for this event. First year yielded 6 entries, last year 14, hopefully more this year. This is open to all current paid members, so in the next few months, look for your entry form in the mail. This event is usually held in December but as of now, no definite date. Start planning your decorations now!!!
