Hidden River II

Does anyone know a lawyer that can represent the townhome owners on French Creek Avenue? We have some serious issues regarding the HOA and the overall development. I would like to apologize to all of the other residents in the development for how unsightly our project looks.

Evening Donnie. What issues were you having with your HOA's. Manzanita has been having some interesting ones as well that my neighbors and I would like to address.

HOA problems

The biggest problems we have are no lawn service. The sod died and i am sure the shrubs and trees are dead too. We had no security lights, the property as well as the entrance way into the property from Motsenbocker looks horrible. There was an old couch that someone threw away that sat at the end of our block for over a year!! I have pictures of weeds in my yard 3' tall! The SunMarke sign was on PALLETS. The snow removal was slow and incomplete. Understandably snow removal was big this year, but there shouldn't be ice on the walks for an extended period of time. Where is the rec center and all of the other amenities, parks, golf course etc.? Who is accountable for this?
