The adult pool was originally built for the first condo's then sold to HHHAO. The new condo's and the other new homes being built inside the Hickory Hills Area are eligable to use all the common areas of Hickory Hills. All of you need to look at the site plans for this area that have been on file since the late 80's. they are public record. It was public knowledge years ago that the growth that we are seeing now was going to take place. I have lived here for 16 years and Foxridge was building in here 3 years prior to that. The plans are on file and no one ever mentions the growth to the new home buyers of Hickory Hills. But you as a home buyer don't ask either.
