Hickory Hills Neighbors

Does anyone know what's going on with the construction behind the clubhouse area? It appears they are putting in a road that runs down along side the creek. Where is the road coming out and what's going in back there?

I'm not sure but I've been told by a few people that the condos are finally going up there. I was hoping it was a tennis court but those hope were dashed.

Condos

The last information I had was that condos are being built at the entrance. At first I was vehemently against this until I learned about the alternatives - apartments or retail. So bring on the condos!!
