Woke up this morning to find several mailboxes vandelized on Dunedin and Edinburg.

Does Hickory Hills have a Neighborhood watch?

There are a few of us that live on Edinburgh and Dunedin that have been concerned about a few young teens that live around here that may have done that and may do future harm to our neighborhood. I have been told that there is a Mt. Juliet Police officer that is on duty at night that drives through our neighborhood. I'm going to research this and maybe attend the upcoming neighborhood meeting this month.

I am serious about starting a neighborhood watch. Is anyone else interested?

I have been involved in stron neighborhood watch programs before, and its amazing what a deterent to crime it will be.

We tried to have an active program, however, we couldn't get enough people interested in participating. However Mitch, if you are sincerely interested, I hope you will contact the board, and perhaps we can find enough people to get it going again! I also applaud your using your own name, as only a coward hides behind anonminity.
