Gasser Property Management Information

Our Management Company

GPM is our property management company. They send out our association statements, collect and monitor the association's fees, as well as pay our bills. They also distribute copies of the homeowner's covenants: the rules that all of us must live by when we agree to buy a home in our subdivision. They can be contacted at 501-0017.

Architectual Review Information

Anytime a homeowner wants to put up a fence, add an addition, etc. they must go through the process of having Gasser Property Management review the project and then have the board approve it. Please contact Gasser at 501-0017 for in depth information on this subject.

Street Light Information

Although the association pays NES for every streetlight in our neighborhood, if a light is out, it is up to NES to fix it. Please call NES at 736-6900 to report a street light out, but make sure to get the pole number first, as that is how they know where it is.
