Flood Plain

I have looked into this matter extensivly and I have found out that the re-mapping will not begin until the wall is finished in all 3 phases. I have been told this would likely be around 2012.

Here's a link somewhat confirming the 2012 date, as lest for the submission of the new map.   I think the acceptance is a year later...so 2013.  From a previous post "Letter of Map Revision Submittal & Acceptance Fall 2009 Fall 2010"
