Is this site in use?

I was happy to find this site, but it seems like it could use a lot more help.

I found out where to send dues. How much are they?

Where can I find information about changes in to community, such as the addition of section 8 housing and the upgrades to the school?

Also, I don't know if it is something that you can fix, but the automated email that the site sends does not have a date and time on it. Most email systems will automatically mark it a spam. Even if it isn't marked as spam, it will be send to the end of a person's email list, not the front and is easily overlooked.
