ORHA has been unable to contact David Willmon, owner of Promise Landscaping, since the end of September. David has not returned phone calls, nor has he replied to a letter mailed by Randy May's Law Firm, requesting that he complete the work for which he has already been paid. We plan to complete the project on our own.

For this reason, ORHA no longer recommends the services of David Willmon, or Promise Landscaping.

Thanks to Quint Mansell for picking out the four magnolia trees and making arrangements to have them delivered by John Deere Nursery.
