I saw three kids looking in the window of one of the vacant homes around 10:30 last night. There is grafitti in the new section of the neighborhood stating racist remarks.

Please, if you have kids, be responsible and aware to their actions if they are out late and up to no good.

I know the homeowners do not want to spend our fees scrubbing spraypaint and fixing damages.

One night we had some kids knock and run at our home. We have small kids and this not only wakes them up, but it scares them. I ran them down and got apologies for that situation but I will not tolerate any property damage, pranks, ect.

Milford Police are aware of the situation last night and they responded quickly. Please notify them if you see anyone suspicious late at night so we as homeowners are not vandalized.

Sunday night around 10:30-11:00 a white car parked at the circle and two boys got out and started skating down the streets on skateboards.  Didn't think anything about it until i read this.

A friend of mine pointed me towards this website -- The graffiti with racial slurs you're referring to wouldn't happen to say "Vote Obama 2008" with racial slurs under it on one of those green power boxes, would it? I noticed that about a month ago however didn't think much of it.

I have personally seen graffiti on the drainage box of the retention pond near the (eastmost?) corner of the development and on the pipes running out of shawnee acres in those woods, and I have also seen some on whatever that large green box on the other side of the woods in shawnee acres is. I believe there is also some on the trailer/porta potty that are sitting in one of the empty properties.

Regarding the car parking in the circle: I personally know one of the two people who were out skating, and people coming here to skate isn't all that uncommon anyways -- the roads were fairly recently paved so it creates a very smooth skating surface.
