Wow, judging from the title, I thought this thread was going to go in a completely different direction.  My bad.

I do not belive that E-Mail notification is concidered a legal enforceable notification.  As stated before not every home owner is aware of the web sitem and everyonew does not have a computer.  As far as the cost of mailing that is why we pay dues.

It's pretty sad that you state you don't have time to prepare letters.  Isn't this part of the job as a board member and if you don't have time prepare letters how can you handle the real issue like:  hiring attorneys to go after the dead beats, etc.?  And for that case getting yourselves a attorney and insurance.

Also could you please tell me.....  How many dogs and cats you are aloud at your residence?  Maybe the President would like to answer this one?  I believe this by-law is being broken by board members!

NO.....MAYBE A BULLETIN BOARD SHOULD BE PLACED ON YOUR FRONT LAWN (BOARD MEMBER)THAT WAY IF A HOMEOWER HAS ANY QUESTIONS YOU WILL BE THERE TO ANSWER THEM AND DO YOUR JOB.  Thanks

It is my understanding tha the builder did not post or distribute and record the restictions untill the date of May 2005 that is AFTER some people moved in, they need to change that.  Because how can they add your lot if your where already in here before restrictions were made up and recorded and didn't sign?  I don't know just telling you what i read.
