Hawthorne Valley Home Owners Association

Letter from the President

Aug 07, 2006

I hope everyone in Hawthorne is having a wonderful summer. I wanted to let you know how great our Hawthorne Valley looks this time of year. Keep up the good work!

For those of you who have fencing bordering on Tomahawk Creek or Roe Ave. I would like to remind you that these areas need to be maintained on a year round basis. If you have shrubbery growing through the fencing, please trim them back. If you have grass or debris that has collected in these areas we would like for you to remove these on a month to month basis.

Let?’s all try to remember to take a plastic bag when walking and pick up any trash along the way. If you walk your dog, please pick up after your pet. Your neighbors expect this courtesy.
Please call me or one of the board members if you have suggestions or questions.
Ruthie Jones, 327-3939
