Hampton Mews Condominium Association

Update for March 27, 2017 Board Meeting

Attending:  Bill Bleier, Robert Katz, Kim Spahn, Michael Genese, Tom Giordano, Roman Yesiejko , Sandee Navarroli, Bill Cullen

As stated in prior updates, the Board will only consider one year contract terms and will elicit bids for any project ov er $3000.  The snow removal and ground maintenance contracts were both negoitated in this manner.  The savings on these contracts were significant.  The actual amount will be  presented at the annual owners meeting.

The refinancing of the loan has successfully been finalized.  That monthly savings will also be included in the information presented at the annual meeting.

There were some repair/pest control expenses in March, totaling $1157.57.

Foreclosure movement from the bank on Unit 23, the vacant unit, is non-existent. Although there is little the Association can do to entice the bank of get things moving; there is one option on the table which we are discussing, since there is a cost involved.

There were some questions about the lawn damage done by snowplowing.  Green Valley will return to fix the lawns where the sod was disrupted.  A robo call will go out regarding this.

The Annual Owners meeting is scheduled for 4/24/2017 at the LaGrange Town Hall across the street.
