CHANGE IN MANAGEMENT

The Board of Managers for Hampden Court is pleased to announce that your Community has a new Management Company effective April 1, 1998.

After reviewing several options the Board of Managers felt a change was in order. Tyler Community Management, Inc. has been retained by the Association to serve as your managing agent.

Tyler Community Management has been in business for several years and is one of the premier homeowner association management companies in the Denver Metro area. Dee Tyler, President, served as President of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the Community Association Institute (C.A.I.) for 1997. Three of their four Property Specialists have national designations through the C.A.I.

We are very happy that the Property Specialist assigned to our Community is a very familiar face to many of us. Mark T. Fulcher, CMCA, will return to be our Property Specialist. Most of you will remember Mark from his affiliation with Hampden Court several years back as our Property Manager with another Management Company.

Mark has been with Tyler Community Management, Inc. for the past several years and is anxious to be again back with Hampden Court owners and residents.
