These are concerns presented to the Association:

Cars speeding through the sub-division.
Operating go-carts, dirt bikes on streets.
Vehicles parking in front of mail boxes.
Vehicles parking across sidewalks.
Trash cans left out after pick-up days.
Basketball nets on sidewalks/streets.
Yards not being mowed.
Christmas lights still hanging.
Junk piles/trash next to house.

When a lot owner feels that a deed restriction violation has occurred, they may personally handle the issue or contact the trustees for assistance. If a lot owner feels that it is a city code violation, they may contact "city code enforcement" at 645-8139.
