PLEASE - NO basketball hoops on the sidewalks.

ACCESS LOT & RETENTION AREA - The access lot and Retention area behind the homes on Hackworth is community property. It is not a recreation area for riding Quadracers or other vehicles. Anyone caught riding vehicles there can be prosecuted for damaging property. Please be considerate of those homeowners living along the retention area.

VACANT HOMES - If you see a vacant home that has not been mowed or cared for, you may contact the mortgate broker/real estate agent and complain. There should be a small sticker or sign on the residence that will have a contact name and number.

DEED/CODE VIOLATIONS - When a lot owner feels that a deed restriction violation has occurred, they may personally handle the issue or contact the trustees for assistance. It is every homeowners responsibility to abide by and enforce the deed restrictions. If a lot owner feels that it is a city code violation, they may contact "city code enforcement" at 645-8139.

NOISE - Please be considerate of your neighbors. The city-wide residential quiet time is 10 PM to 7 AM.
