Crossroads Free Publication

Posted in: Gwinhurst

I am trying to cancel the free publication called Crossroads that gets thrown in my driveway, I believe on a monthly basis.  It really junks up neighborhoods because it gets thrown in everyone's yards and not everyone picks it up.  Sometimes I don't even see it right away because it gets tossed under my porch or car.  Does anyone know how to cancel it?  I have contacted the News Journal a few times and they said they took my information, but I don't have a lot of faith they will stop delivering it.

I had the same problem and it took many, many calls to various contacts at The News Journal before I finally got Crossroads stopped.  The biggest hurdle for them seemed to be finding my address (from a FORMER owner) in their subscription data base. Identifying the person in charge of Crossroads distribution was also a challenge although getting to an associate in that department by asking about placing an ad in it ($$) helped.
