** Welcome all newcomers to the neighborhood - welcome to the neighborhood association. Dues are $12.00/ year ($1/month). They are voluntary but DO help to support the activities, office supplies, projects, graffiti abatement, in the neighborhood area. Please fill out application in this newsletter and support your neighborhood.
☺☻We are all volunteers working together to keep our neighborhood together. We need YOU to help us to help you. Join us. There are many different projects, activities, happenings going on and that need to be going on. We can only be as strong as you are willing to help us to be. We can represent you; we can assist you; but we can't do it all for you. BE a PART of it NOW!

REMINDER – YEARLY DUES TIME (to most of you who pay Jan. – Jan) – YOUR DONATIONS ARE WHAT MAKES A LOT OF THIS POSSIBLE!!! Yes, your dues are good for a year.
