I cannot find the minutes of the general meeting held on 17th October anywhere on this web site. Can someone doirect me to them? I am assuming the meeting actually happened and there were various things discussed that affect the neighborhood. similarly for the last Board meeting in October.

Dear John,  Yes there was a meeting.  Penny took the notes and we together worked on the minutes.  Because we both had lots of stuff going on the week after, we were a week late getting them down in relatively decent form.  They are now awaiting final form approval by the various board members--it is so easy to miss something and with everyone chipping in we get a clearer picture that way.  Actually,  I think we are doing pretty well, compared to some of the time lapses in the past.  Sorry it has taken so long.  It was a good meeting, and you were missed!
