I love this site! This has been very informative for me! It's nice to know what's going on in the community, and what we can do to be considerate of our neighbors! Here are my questions: are the Greenfield Estates homeowners going to be part of our HOA and pay the same fees, have the same access to our pool, etc.? How many homes are going in there, and are they the same models as 'regular' Greenfield? Any information would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

40 homes will be going into the estates, and I'm pretty sure they will fall under the same HOA and other guidelines. I'm not sure which models, but I'm sure Village can give you that info. |
