So did the Section C people who wanted their dues back since THEY don't have to pay get their money back?

Did they get their back yards cleaned up courtesy of the paying HOA members?

I can't tell you if they got their money back, but I can tell you that their back yards did not get cleaned up.  It got mowed, but it's a long way from being cleaned up like it needs to be!

I hope that wasn't a HOA paid mower a week or two ago who mowed over the so called common strip of land behind my house that was already mowed by me. I take care of my yard .

 I don't understand why the non HOA members cannot take care of their yards and the area behind their yards. I resent paying to have their yards taken care when they don't have to pay and the few that did pay wanted their money back which I understand was given back to them.
