We are relocating to FC and are trying to narrow down what areas we want to look in.  My husband is already there and loves it.  He said it seems like the South and Southeast sides of town seem to be the family areas.  North gets closer to Campus and you have more rentals and campus housing.  Is this an accurate assessment?  Are there certain schools that are preferred within the Poudre School District?  On greatschools.org I can get test score info, but am trying to get a feel for the areas in general.  We have a 3rd and 4th grader and would like a family friendly community, lots of kids, etc. with good schools.  We were thinking we should narrow it down to Fossil Ridge and Rocky Mountain High School boundary areas, as the other two high schools and feeder schools seemed to score lower, but in addition to test scores, I would love some local feedback on schools, and areas we should consider!
