Hiawatha Davis Recreation Center

On March 17th, Denver Parks & Recreation reopened Skyland Rec Center as the Hiawatha Davis, Jr Center after a $4.5 million expansion and remodel project. The new Center is nearly 40,000 square feet and includes an elevated running track, a weight room, swimming pool with observation deck, expanded locker rooms, a game room, computer lab, crafts room and multi-purpose room. The Center is located at 3334 Holly Street.

Hours and Fees and Contacts

The Center is open Monday through Firday 7a - 9p. On Saturday and Sunday from 9a - 3p.

Membership for kids 17 and under is $1 per year. For adults there are a variety of membership levels ranging from $15 to $125 per year. Family memberships range from $125 to $200 a year.

The Center's phone number is 303-331-4037. Harry Hollines is the Center's Supervisor. Recreation coordinators are Anthony Wells, Horace Blaney, Keith Abeyta, Billy Johnson & Herman White.
