Greater Kingsville Civic Assoc

Has anyone noticed the increase of super loud vehicles running altered exhaust or no exhaust at all? It seems every time the weather warms up, like last weekend or from March to November, every yahoo with a motorcycle, pick up truck or sports car with no muffler takes to the country roads, especially Harford Rd., to make as much noise as possible. Is it just me? Is there anything that can be done about it? Just asking.
