The blacktop is higher than drive. Thus, when it rains, the water does not drain away from the garage. I have cracks in my garage floor and the garage floor continues to rise because the ground is saturated. My garage door does not fit as it did against the floor. Also, the sidewalk to the side of the garage has already had sections (that had sunk) replaced due to the water retention in that area as well. Also, I get water in my basement after hard rains and when the sprinkler system is also coming on too often in the back of my unit. I also have cracks in my basement floor due to the water.

THE BEST WAY TO GO IS TO DETAIL THE PROBLEM AND SEND A MAP OR DISCRIPTION TO THE BOARD IN CARE OF THE AGENT. THE BD. JUST ELIMINATED THE PO BOX, DUE TO LACK OF USE.
