Increase in dues
There will be a $20 increase in all homeowners dues. The money will be put into a special account for repairs and emergencies pertaining to our streets, wall and anything not covered by the city.

Non-storable items
Trailers, boats and any recreational vehicles are not permitted to be stored anywhere in Gramercy Park. Please refer to your homeowners policy. If you need any copies, please contact our president, Linda Richmond.

"Doggy Diligence"
Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep your pets barking to a minimum. Also, it is a city wide ordinance to pick up after your pet. It is a health hazard to your community and to other pets. Bacteria and pests are microscopically transmitted to humans and pets via your pets feces. Please remember to pick up after your pet and to wipe their paws before entering your home.

HOA Meetings
If you would like to participate, there will be at least 3 more association meetings. Check on the website for dates and times. You will also be notified by mail.

Yard-of-the-Month
All homes who wish to participate need to be ready by the end of June; first judging will take place then.

Garage Sale
There will be a garage sale on Friday and Saturday, June 27 & 28, 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Please remember to get your own permit. If 6 houses participate, the HOA will pay for the ad in the paper.
