3/23/11 - We are currently scheduled to move in well service equipment on Friday 3/25 to clean out wells and prepare for frac operations, so you may see some increase in truck traffic.  Also, Frac operations are currently scheduled for 5/16/2011, though dates are subject to change.

2/23/11 - We should be finishing up drilling the Morrow Stevens A 1H today or tomorrow and then begin setting casing on the Morrow Stevens A 5H.  Once the Morrow Stevens A 5H is completed, we will have drilled 11 of the 20 planned wells.

The new well (Morrow Stevens A 5H) is being drilled inside the padsite.  The current plans for the pipeline project show that the pipeline will be constructed to the West of the padsite.  It is possible, if you are seeing construction activity outside the padsite to the Southwest that it is part of the pipeline project, though it could also be other utility activity as well.

2/11/11 - I wanted to let you know that I am always happy to provide you with Chesapeake’s activities on the padsite next to your neighborhood.  Our goal is to work with the communities that we operate in and keep you updated.

As you know, we are currently drilling on the Morrow Stevens padsite.  Any day now, we should start to drill the Morrow Stevens A 1H followed by the Morrow Stevens A 5H.  As we discussed in our meeting, when we begin to drill a new well, it is one of the times you will more than likely experience elevated noise levels as casing is being set.  I wanted to inform you of this, so that you are aware if any elevated noise is coming from the padsite.  Though Chesapeake has added several sound mitigation techniques since we last met in order manage the noise.

Also, a question was raised about the pipeline route in our meeting and I wanted to provide you with some limited information.  As it stand currently, our pipeline route shows to access the padsite from the opposite side from where your neighborhood, Grace Meadows is located.  I do not have definitive dates to share yet as to when the pipeline operations will take place but will keep you posted.
