I have been working with Robert Parish since 2006. In ref to Temple Square located at 378 Schermerhorn St, across from BAM. This is a disgrace to the city of Brooklyn and everyone who has to walk through it. I have asked for the Park benches be removed due to transient sleeping and drinking on them. MY request have been ignored and I vow to never give up until we have a clean and safe area for our employees and client's. It is embarrassing to have employment candidates walk through the filth to get to our front door. Thank You, Kenneth Conn Director of Staff Development, Gem Corp. 646-872-5647

I agree!
Yes, that area is filthy. The benches should be removed. However, BAM is constructing a park right accross the street - what will keep transients from resting here? |

I am now proud to say that Temple Square has been transformed into a clean green space. Robert Parish has helped us get this site cleaned up. Hats off to you! We now have trash bins placed on the corners and no more park benches for sleeping. The community is doing their part in using the trash bins. NYC DOS is emptying them twice a week. It took awhile but it is done. Thank You, Kenneth Conn Gem Financial Servises Inc. 646-872-5647 |
