Hortence Chambers at 12421 High Meadow Dr was arriving to her home at approx. 1:00PM. When she exited her car with her walker a black male, 5'6" tall wearing a cap or do rag, black shirt, dark colored pants. He was in a blue sedan in her alley. He took off down the alley. She was coming home from the bank and store. He was probably following her. He took her purse containing her SScard, credit cards, money, check book and drivers license. The police were called immediately but could not find him. Keep yours eyes open and alert!
