Glen Meadow HOA

President’s Letter

Dec 14, 2007

On behalf of the Board of Directors, I wish all Glen Cove and Meadow Park residents the best of everything this time of year brings: special times with special people, warm memories of shining eyes and beaming smiles, the sounds of delight when little ones discover that ?“He came! He came! No, I?’m not staring at a Norman Rockwall painting. I?’m just adjusting my mood, aligning it with the ideal.

The stark reality is that not everyone is blessed on the same scale financially. N?’er-do-wells really clean up during the holidays, so I cannot encourage you enough to play it safe and smart, whether at home, shopping, or way away from home. Something I?’m pleased about with our neighborhood is that we strive to stay a step or two ahead of the criminal element plaguing our area, thanks to a relative handful of dedicated neighbors. Help the Board raise the Block Captain, CrimeWatch and VIP numbers. Get involved with your neighborhood in any way that moves you. Notice in the Directors List (right) that there are no ?“assigned seats?” on this bus.
Stumped for a win-win New Year?’s Resolution? Looking for resolution buddies for extra support? Want to enhance your property value without wielding a paintbrush?

The GCMP HOA Board has the solution: Trade in two hours a month TV time for Neighborhood Time. Volunteer. And, FYI, you don't have to be a homeowner to be involved with your neighborhood, a place some of you chose because you have children. Join with us to continue doing what we can to make the good times roll.
If not you, then who?
Happiness, Love, and Peace to y?’all!

Randy Jones, GCMPHOA President
