IMPORTANT REMINDERS

During the meets all swimmers are to remain seated together as a team. Go to the ready bench as soon as you are called. Support each other by cheering on the other swimmers and encouraging them to do their personal best. Doing your personal best will not only benefit the team but will help you to advance individually as a swimmer as well.

We follow the rules of good sportsmanship which includes being courteous to our own team mates and the other teams by not booing or jeering them. Remain in the pool until swimmers in all lanes have finished the event. Shake hands with opponents. Show pride in yourselves and your team by being polite and using common manners, cleaning up after yourselves, etc.
