Code and Ordinance Compliance

The best way to maintain the property values of our neighborhood is to comply with the
codes and ordinances of the city of Memphis.  Homeowners have invested in this
neighborhood and renters choose the neighborhood as a place to raise their families. 
It is hoped that all of our neighbors would maintain their properties and add landscaping
to beautify their properties.  The city provides a bi-monthly Environmental Court to deal
with cases of code violations and neglect.  If you need to report a violation, fill out the
