Greetings:
Because a quorum was not established at the annual HOA meeting for Georgetown Crossing held on 9/26/2005 at 7:30 p.m. The HOA Board decided to reschedule the nomination and election of the Executive HOA Board members for the year 2006.
This meeting will be held on Monday, Oct. 24, 2005 at 7:30 p.m., at the Williamson County Maintenance Facility on Inner Loop located just south of our community.

We hope the all of you will attend and play an active role in your community. In the event that we are unable to establish a quorum at this meeting, the HOA Board will determine if the meeting will be rescheduled one more time or if we will conduct a straw pole vote that can be approved by the HOA Board to elect the new Executive Board of the HOA.

If by chance you are unable to attend for any reason and you know someone that is planning on attending, you can give that person your proxy vote and they can cast a vote on your behalf, which will assist us in obtaining our quorum for the community. A proxy vote is attached the bottom of notice that you will be receiving for meeting.

If must be delivered to Donna Spector, HOA Secretary, (at 1321 Ascot Street, Georgetown, Tx) prior to the opening of the HOA meeting in order for the proxy vote to count.
