Note: You don't need to be a member of the Garland Homeowners Coalition (GHC) or of any homeowner/neighborhood association to ask a question.

The Garland Homeowners Coalition, in concert with other homeowner and neighborhood associations (HOA/NA) and City of Garland staff, believe you are entitled to information concerning:

Starting your own HOA/NA
Why HOA/NA's exist
City Services
Traffic/Safety Issues
Planning/Zoning/City Council actions
Our City Manager Form of Government.

We will attempt to answer any reasonable question, but reserve the right to decline questions deemed inappropriate.

Note: At your request, your e-mail address will be added to a password-protected master file. It will not appear on any published e-mail list and will never be made available to any commercial business.

With your permission, future questions from other citizens along with their responses will be forwarded to you (as a "bcc" to protect your e-mail address) and others on the master list.

In addition, information directly related to homeowner/neighborhood associations will be forwarded to all who appear on the 'master list'.

Our goal: A well-informed citizenry.
