Maplewood Community Association has two garage sales scheduled for this year.  Do you prefer one per year or two?  Do you agree with the timing?  Do you have suggestions?

We held a spring sale in 2010 @ the resurrected Thursday-Saturday.  I liked the Friday & Saturday better as in the last couple of years.  Our Saturday sales were definitely impacted (slow/low) considering more people are out on Saturday.  I didn't like having to burn an extra vacation day to participate either...  Not sure what everyone else thinks but I'll go with the flow as I like the benefit of the larger draw that the association sales bring.  We have never participated in the fall sales just the spring; the spring timing works right before Mother's Day (easy to remember from year to year).

Two should be the minium. People can chose to have more or less if they chose. And in my opinion, it should be on Friday's and Saturday's. If people chose to open on Thursday or Sunday - let them.

I think two should be the maximum. Friday and Saturday. We work, so we could only do ours for Saturday. I could even see doing a 1 day Saturday sale.
