Dear Arthur and friends,

The cashier at the Cafe Lila in the Grant Building on Main Street told me she was absolutely delighted with the ice cream sales throughout early September.  That is good news for the downtown Pawtucket economy.

It was great today with all the 50 plus arts and craft vendors at the Park...and they return tomorrow with more Stone Soup Folk stuff...all for free and you can give some blood there too at the Mobile Bloodmobile. The Pops were terrific tonite and the fireworks were perfect as the moon rose above the stage and the pondfires were burning too. Do not forget to pop into the watercolor society exhibit...Cool stuff and the carousel is rocking too..Next are the Mirror Image Film Festival and the photo contest awards tomorrow at 2pm...Wait til next year too.

Check out the Mirror Image Film Festival and Open Studios on the Pawtucket Arts festival schedule...Seems incredible to see the great success this year, but what would you like to add or subtract for the 11th year festival to make 11 a really magic number?
