Fulton Neighborhood Association

Hi All, I wanted to talk about a concern of mine with respects to a suspicious guy going around selling magazines and claims to work for "second Chance". I was told by the Tulsa Police that this guy maybe part of a group scoping out the neighborhood and later possibly breaking into someones home. Has anyone had such an experiece or know this guy? I researched and emailed a second chance group here in tulsa but not sure its the correct one.  If someone was selling magazines why dont they go from house to house instead of knocking in maybe one or two houses. Please comment. Thanks

This "suspicious guy" has visited a number of homes in this area and noticeably is not going from house to house. Here is his description:

                                    Black male, 5'8", 130-140 lbs., short hair
                                    wearing slacks and an oxford shirt
                                    carrying a leather order book
