Fox Run HOA

Letter from the Board,

May 07, 2003

The weather is turning warm, birds are returning, and the afternoon thunderstorms of spring are upon us ?– sure signs that the Blizzard of 2003 is over and the Fox Run community is transitioning to summer. Your HOA Board is also finishing some transitions of our own ?– first the transition to an entirely new board with the departure of our long-time president, Ed Vick, and then the transition to a new community manager at Management Specialists, our community?’s management company. Now that these transitions have been made (both in the board and in the weather), we thought this would be a good time to finally publish the long-awaited spring newsletter. In this issue you will find information on the top concerns of Summer 2003 ?– namely, watering restrictions and West Nile Virus. Additionally, we?’ve included some pointers on filling out landscape design forms and important contact numbers.

Please don?’t hesitate to contact us with any concerns or comments, or ideas you may have ?– we?’re here for you!

Happy Spring,
Fox Run HOA Board
