records as property owners in Fox Hill Filing 2 or Filing 3.

The approved amendment and voter lists were filed with Boulder County Recorder’s office on November 22, 2004. A copy of the amendment and the revised Sec. 18 are enclosed for your records. Originals, voter lists, and other related documents will be retained in the HOA records.
