Current prices good through Spring 2009, Waste Management was endorsed by the Association as the preferred hauler Current rates are as follows:

Trash $12.17 per mo. (toter provided at no charge)
Yard Waste $5.25 per mo
Recycling $5.25 per mo. (container provided at no charge)
Other benefits include for all residents:
Special rates are open to all residents.
No sign up fees.
No long term contract
Recycling weekly (other carriers only collect every other week)
Yard waste collection service is available all year long. Subscriptions can be quarterly, other carriers only allow for 9 months of the year and broken up in 4 1/2 month increments.
