Passing this on from a neighbor,, email sent on Jan 4

I have found a dog. This dog is very sweet and misses his family. It is
about the size of a lab and sort of reddish gold, like a golden
retriever. It has an imaginary fence collar on it which clearly wasn't
working since it was roaming in my cove this afternoon. Please contact
me ASAP if you have any information. It is TOO, TOO cold to have this
precious pet outside roaming, espcecially when the sun goes down. I
would be very happy to return him to the rightful owner as my dog,
Sulley, is not too happy with me right now.
