THE HOA writers on this site encouraged everyone to show up on Saturday for, at minimum, information. This was emphasized to the residents with Dale leases. I didn't get anything, information, nothing. I waited in that line for 45 minutes to be told that I needed a certified copy of the Dale lease before they could provide information. The very young lady went so far as to say I didn't have the right lease and was to stupid to know what the lease looked liked since the only document ever provided to me was a blank, non-notarized lease. I had an ideal that nothing was available to me and ultimately wasted my time by attending for information. I guess I should have expected my time to be wasted especially since I got tangled up with Dale on the original advice of the HOA. Thanks HOA. You are average ring 0 for 2.

Let me guess you signed a Dale lease for less money when the HOA told you to wait and sign, and now you want more money what a shock well i got my cash so it worked for me you shouldnt have signed earlier.

Shut up all of you!!!! You signed, more money less money, it doesn't matter you sold our health safety children on well being for a buck and a wall! Does it matter he ammount of the the $.? I sold for nothing but if you all sign 70% my kids loose everything so s--- you and your wall!!! PS: And our HOA is worried about 4-wheelers and dirts bikes? If you could see whats out there you would know why!
