I'm here. Not a paid member of the HOA (we are voluntary, right?), but I'm lurking to see how this all turns out. If we can get some constructive things going in this HOA, then maybe I'll join.
Getting a community web site is a step in the right direction. Maybe once we get some dialogue going, this HOA might be ore attractive to join.
