Stop running stop signs. At 7:45 am you were speeding down Seacroft and ran not one but both stop sign in a dark colored van.
People are out walking dogs, jogging/running, and children are walking to school bus stops or already at them. Some people are out before daybreak.
Speed limit is 25 MPH, and STOP at all stops. Those stop signs were put up at multiple residents request. CMPD always said it was residents breaking the traffic laws for the most part in our neighborhoods.
