We have all these rules and half of them are not being enforced, what a joke, if not every rule or bylaw is being enforced what good is it, it is all BS, there are several rules that are broken on my block alone day after day and nothing is being done, and please don't tell me Jeannette is doing her job because she is not, if she has so many homes to check then it seems like she needs more help, coming around twice a month is not doing the job.  I would love to go on one of her runs with her and see exactly what she is looking for and so on.

Have you provided Jeannette or your Board Rep with addresses of homes that are frequently violating covenants?
