Council should not be making such decisions.    Take it to the people for a vote.    Not just protesters making demands.  Not council members that get arrested making demands and changing laws.   There are hundreds of thousands of residents in Charlotte and around 1 million in Mecklenburg County.   Charmeck.   I for one Support Our CMPD officers.   I have worked with many different officers over the years, and they have always been fair and hard working.    That is from street officers to Captains and Majors. 

There might be some bad Police officers in every department in the US, but I feel certain they are few of them to be found in CMPD.
