On Sunday, July 29 at 8:00am Capital Sprints will be holding its second annual Dash 10K and Kids Fun Run right outside the Flour Mill Condo building. The starting and finish line is at the bridge over the canal in front of the building.  Come out and spectate!  The bridge is a great vantage point as are many other locations along the 5K route.

This challenging, out-and-back Dash10K and Kid’s Fun Run will benefit Back On My Feet and the Friendship Children’s Center. The Dash 10K is a USATF-sanctioned event.

If you are a runner and would like to participate, please come to the booth at the North East corner outside your building where there is breakfast and other refreshments from sponsors.
