Did you mean  this sarcastically?  Surely you did or you are a Lakes Resident trying to scare people away from THE LAKE! I can't imagine an undercover police officer patrolling a neighborhood lake to ticket people for feeding ducks, fishing, etc just because they are not Lakes residents.    And just how does this undercover police officer know if you or are not a resident?  I mean,  do you have to prove it?  Show them your HOA card / drivers license?  Has anyone had this happen to them?  Get fined for walking or running or whatever around the lake because you weren't a LORT resident?

It is my understanding that both lakes belong to "LAKES OF RIVERTRAILS" and Rivertrails residents are not allowed to use either because we do not pay dues and therefore are not a part of their HOA insurance.  I don't know about the lake off Trinity,  but people have been yelled at by Lakes of Rivertrails residents for using their pond upon finding out that you don't belong to their HOA.  But go for it.  See if you get yelled at or ticketed or burned at the stake. Laughing

I just want to know if I can take my daughter to the lake or pond whatever its called.  The one that is behind the Rivertrails Community.   The lake/pond by Rushing Springs drive, Winding River Drive, Rivers Edge Drive.
