618-620 Buchanan Plans
I had 8 squares tagged for replacement. I already removed 4 squares where the roots of a previously removed tree buckled the sidewalk. I'm planning to fill those 4 squares with landscaping and a new tree. (If you want to know anything about the permit process for sidewalk repair, sidewalk landscaping, or street trees, let me know -- I've been through them all.)
What I STILL need is a conctractor to replace the concrete and potentially put in pavers along the street edge of my landscaping plot. I would LOVE to go in with someone else on this, but I don't want to let too much time go by since my 30 days is technically up, and I can't start putting in the landscaping until the adjacent sidewalk blocks have been replaced. I already have my hands full with my interior remodel and the landscaping plans, so if anyone else has a lead on a concrete contractor and wants to go in together, please let me know.
