My  fencing surrounding my yard is rotting away and needs to be replaced. The only thing holding it up is the wire. It is an eye sore.  I would like to replace it but not with wood. I don't mind the split fencing.  There are so many new fencing poducts available now, could this be discussed at the next annual meeting????

 

This can be brought up for discussion at the Annual Meeting. At our October Community Meeting a resident brought up the option of using composite fencing that looks like wood split rail in our current Deed requirement. We asked him to provide us with information and photos of the product but, he never followed through. Had we received the information it might have been an option to put on the current Ballot.

Huskervinyl.com This topic was brought up at last years annual meeting. And again at October meeting. Not sure why we need as the community to research something as plain as this. Wood rots and looks really bad after a few years. Vinyl looks much better and is much easier to maintain. I'd say at least 4 of the 8 color choices the company offers would be acceptable in our neighborhood. They look compatible to the siding on a lot of the homes.

Just a note that the particular website provided is just to show what is available out there. That company is not located in DE but we have several companies here that offer the same style and colors.
